We are especially proud that in 2004 Aspen Arbor Animal Hospital earned accreditation by the American Animal Hospital Association (AAHA). As an accredited member of the American Animal Hospital Association, we are dedicated to providing excellence in small animal care. Since becoming accredited, we have regularly undergone evaluations by AAHA to ensure that we comply with the association’s high-quality standards of care. In fact, during our 2016 inspection and evaluation, we received 98% of all possible points!
AAHA standards cover every aspect of our animal hospital, including surgery, pharmacy, laboratory, exam facilities, pet health records, cleanliness, emergency services, dental and nursing care, diagnostic imaging, and anesthesiology. AAHA standards are recognized around the world as the benchmark for quality care in veterinary medicine; less than 14 percent of US animal hospitals are accredited by AAHA.
