Boarding

At Aspen Arbor Animal Hospital, taking care of your pet is our passion. Since we consider your pet a part of our family, let us take care of your dog or cat when you can’t. Your pet will come to a place that they are familiar with, helping make his/her time away from you a comfortable and happy experience.

Vaccination Requirements

Dogs: The distemper combination, rabies and bordetella (kennel cough) must be current.
Cats: Feline distemper and rabies must be current. Leukemia vaccination is strongly recommended.

Cost

Dogs: $25.00 per day
Cats: $17.00 per day

Medication

If your dog or cat is on medication there is an additional fee of $1.90 per day.  By state law any medication we administer at our hospital must come in the original container from your doctor with the prescription label for the specific animal and are to be given according to un-altered directions. 

Food

Here at Aspen Arbor we feed our boarding animals Science Diet Sensitive Stomach; this is included in our boarding fee.  If  your dog has any allergies or you would prefer to bring food from home it needs to be in a sealed, air tight container.

M-F: 8 am – 5:30 pm
SA: 8:30 am – 2:30 pm

Anytime during drop-off hours

Charges are applied the first day, regardless of the check-in time. An additional day’s rate will be added for any time boarded after 12 pm.

Special pick-up and drop-off times

By prior arrangement only. There is an additional $24.00 fee for this service.

Special pick-up times:

Saturday: 5:30pm
Sunday & Holidays: 9:30am, 5:30pm

Reservations

Reservations are required; generally, two weeks in advance is sufficient.

If boarding will be over a holiday period, reservations should be made at least six (6) weeks in advance. A 50 percent, non-refundable deposit is required for boarding over holidays.

Tour

Drop by between 9 am and 5 pm, Mon through Fri to see our kennels – we will be happy to give you a tour.
