My name is Mimi I started working with Aspen Arbor Animal Hospital in October 2014. I am also currently attending CSU global to achieve my Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Communications. In my spare time I love to play with two dogs: Tilly Tough, a 7-year-old yellow Labrador and River Monster, a 3-year-old Border Collie. I also enjoy riding my three horses: Kiwi, Buddy and Hat Trick. I also have a horse (Snip) at my godparents ranch in Pueblo, who I have semi-adopted. My love for horses began around the time I was 5 days old as I grew up around horses literally my entire life. My two older sisters and I spent much of our youth participating in the Westernaires. Moving up to different levels each year, I graduated from the Varsity Red Team. After my graduation at the Denver Stock Show in 2010, I started working with the Vold rodeo stock contracting company, by helping them train, work and care for their saddle horses at local rodeos such as; Cheyenne Frontier Days, Colorado State Fair, The Pikes Peak or Bust Rodeo in Colorado Springs and the National Finals Rodeo in Las Vegas. During the off-season, my sister and I train the black saddle horses to become trick riding horses. Every March we both attend the Red Top Ranch Trick Riding Camps as staff members. My interests are diverse, but center around my animals. In my professional future I would love to manage a large animal veterinary clinic as well as a horse boarding facility. But for now and the near future I truly enjoy working at Aspen Arbor as a Client Care Representative.
Kendra joined the Aspen Arbor team in August 2015. She graduated from Bel-Rea Institute in March 2006 as a veterinary technician. She has been in the veterinary field since graduating. Kendra took a brief break from veterinary medicine in September 2013 and helped open a doggy day care but she quickly realized veterinary medicine is her real love! Her furry family includes 6 dogs and 2 cats. In her free time Kendra likes spending time with her fiancé, fur children and family!!
Hello, my name is Lacey and I have been working in animal hospitals since I was 16. I was born and raised in Colorado on a farm which is where my love for animals started. My family and I cared for dogs, cats, horses, cows, ducks and chickens. I currently have a Pitbull mix named Brodie, a Scottish Fold named Ella, and a Quarter Horse named Baron. In my spare time I enjoy hiking, kayaking, trail riding, and trap shooting; basically anything outdoors. I have always enjoyed working in animal hospitals but I particularly enjoy the client education aspect.
